Who we are

Ashur Projects Inc. ("Ashur", "we", "us") is a construction and engineering company based in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through ashurprojects.ca, in line with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and Alberta's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA).

What we collect

This website collects personal information only when you choose to submit it through one of our forms:

• Contact form: name, company, email, phone, project type, location, timeline, and your message.
• Project quiz: your answers about the project (who you are, what you need, property type, timeline, optional budget range) plus name, email, phone, and city.
• Trade partner form: company, contact name, email, phone, trade, service area, certification and insurance status, and your message.

We do not collect payment information through this website, and the site does not use accounts, logins, or tracking cookies.

How we use it

We use the information you submit to respond to your inquiry, scope and price projects, prequalify trade partners, and maintain ordinary business records. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Where it goes

Form submissions are processed by Netlify, our website hosting provider, and delivered to our email at Admin@ashurprojects.ca. Netlify may process data on servers outside Canada. Web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser requests font files from Google's servers when the site loads.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry information for as long as needed to handle your request and to maintain reasonable business records, then delete it. You can ask us to delete your information sooner at any time.

Sharing

We share your information only with people who need it to serve your request, which may include companies in our corporate group (such as our parent company, Salient Engineering Contracting L.L.C.) when your project involves them. We never sell or rent personal information.

Your rights

You may ask to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. Email Admin@ashurprojects.ca and we will respond within a reasonable time. You may also complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada or the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner of Alberta.
